Much of rail fibre work cannot be done in a daytime building window. Crews are trained and equipped for confined-space, trackside and live-tunnel environments and work night engineering hours across Singapore’s rail, power and water networks — the typical access regime when operational tunnels and stations are available. That is a different operating model from ordinary indoor structured cabling, and it is why rail packages need a specialist sub who already works under those constraints.
