Fiber Tech Solutions supplies fibre optic accessories, racking systems and network equipment across Singapore, including customised panels built to the job. Supply has run alongside installation on rail, utilities and residential projects, from optical distribution frames, patch panels, pigtails and patch cords to network switches. Most supply questions come from people halfway through a job: a panel that does not match the core count, patch cords with the wrong connector, a rack that arrived too shallow. We supply what the installation needs, as people who install it.
An ODF or patch panel has to match three things: the core count of the cable coming in, the connector the equipment expects, and the space it has to fit. Get any one wrong and the job stops on site. Our own crews splice and terminate into this equipment, so those three are the questions we ask first; where a standard panel will not fit, a customised one is built to the job.
Buying the hardware from one party and the installation from another leaves a gap when something does not fit.
